When wear and tear has taken its toll, we offer a full refurbishment service on our fine cord necklaces. We’ll restring your gemstone on a new fine cord and replace all gold findings to keep your beloved piece lasting longer.

Please return your piece to our address below along with your name, repair order number, return address and desired necklace length (17in or 18in). We recommend using a secure padded envelope and trackable service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. As soon as we receive your piece, we’ll aim to refurbish and return it in 5 to 10 working days.

 Note: If you’ve ordered new items at the same time as booking a repair service, we’ll send the entire order of new and refurbished items together. If you’d like your new items to be sent immediately, please place a separate order for your repair.
